I received 5 bids on a new roof, and Ironstone's was not only the least expensive (sometimes by $10K or more!), but I also truly felt the love for his job and his crew's workmanship very early in our conversations. Tim is an honest "down home" kinda guy who stands behind his roofing, and he was at the house several times during the week of installation.  The new steel roof, gutters, and gutter guards are gorgeous!  They found alot of dry rot especially around the chimney, so I had them fix all that while they were working. The very reasonable additional cost and confidence in how they had already performed led me to look no further for the dry rot repair.  You will NOT be disappointed in Tim, the crew, the process, or the finished product!!

Did exactly what they said they would  do, on time and at a very competitive price. Did an EXCELLENT job. Joe (Sales Rep) was very honest, knowledgeable, well prepared and had great follow through.. Tim (Owner) was great to work with and was involved throughout the project. Also, Angel (Crew Supervisor) and his team were very conscientious and worked extremely well together. They were on time everyday, cleaned up daily, and were relatively quiet considering the magnitude of work that was done. My neighbor recently (within the last 6 months) used Cal Vintage Roofing, paid approx. 25K more, and their house is approx. 800 square feet smaller. Also, it took them approx. 5 weeks to complete their home whereas our roof was completed in 2 weeks.
