After going to a home and garden show in the Sacramento area, we decided to replace our existing roof with a metal roof after looking at all our options. When the roof was scheduled to be replaced, they came promptly and prepared each day. Tim was always was courteous, professional, and hardworking. The only issue we had was the wrong tile was delivered, but he quickly got on the phone with the company to make sure that the correct tile was ordered. He made sure it was delivered as soon as possible. They tile company that made the mistake even sent us a gift card for the inconvenience. Tim made the overall roof replacement an excellent one. Tim King, the owner, was very responsive before, during, and after the installation.  We now have a beautiful stone covered steel roof that is not only beautiful but also durable and heat insulated. The crew was available to answer any of my questions and or concerns. My roof is beautiful. I want to give the guys a shout out...I recently put my home up for sale (unintended at the time of roofing) and the Realtor requires a roof inspection...even though my roof is only a few months old. However, the roof report came back with the highest marks and according to the Realtor office manager this is the best roof report she has ever seen even compared to other 'new' roof reports.  You really never know what your roof looks like so you need to trust the guys up on your roof that they are doing the job they promised...I had no doubt they were doing a good job but now others know they did an awesome job too!
