They were on time everyday, cleaned up daily, and were relatively quiet considering the magnitude of work that was done. My neighbor recently (within the last 6 months) used Cal Vintage Roofing, paid approx. 25K more, and their house is approx. 800 square feet smaller. Also, it took them approx. 5 weeks to complete their home whereas our roof was completed in 2 weeks. After going to a home and garden show in the Sacramento area, we decided to replace our existing roof with a metal roof after looking at all our options. When the roof was scheduled to be replaced, they came promptly and prepared each day. Tim was always was courteous, professional, and hardworking. The only issue we had was the wrong tile was delivered, but he quickly got on the phone with the company to make sure that the correct tile was ordered. He made sure it was delivered as soon as possible. They tile company that made the mistake even sent us a gift card for the inconvenience. Tim made the overall roof replacement an excellent one.
